Home through the PhD years. Piers, palms, and downtown on the rare clear morning when the San Gabriels still carry snow.

On the Road
Frames taken without really stopping: through a windshield, from a lay-by, at the speed of a passing scooter.

Towns
Streets at walking pace: a café awning, a painted wooden house, an alley barely wider than its own shadow.

Water
Wherever I travel I end up at the water's edge, usually at the hour the light goes flat and blue.

Soft Body
Simulations run past the point of plausibility, until the surface stops reading as a material and starts reading as a mood.
